| Don't really know if you need it. It's just another all in one program. You can manually turn it on if you need it. And beside I got AVG, Ad-Aware, and Spybot running anyways. I just use it when I'm doing multiple scans for virus/spyware/etc. because every programs get different results and also for some of it's other useful stuff like Smart Defrag and Registry Defrag. | I think the fact that the so-called free scan does only repair 25 items is misleading because it should be mentioned before anyone has to go through the download and installation process viza vis shareware. We should be told how much it costs much much earlier in the promo and certainly before one wastes time downloading it. | This is a REALLY good program but instead of using at startup, just make a shortcut on your desktop. Using at startup may slow down your computer. (i have the free version maybe if you have the full you may wanna keep on startup) | |||

| Use athae Advance SystemCare Free. Make sure its the free licence version and not the just the free download version. It fixes problens with no limit as to number. Checks forr spyware, registry problems, privacyand cleans junk files. Also contains the IObit Security 360 in its utility setion. Finds problems the expensive security suites don't. | Advanced Sytems Care freeware progs find malware, quarantine or delete them, the progs have many modules to improve the performance of all Windows components and those of integrated software, e.g. virus-scanners. I have run internal deep scans with A-2 Anti-Malware 5, Avast, AVG, Malwarebytes, McAfee, and off site deep/long scans with Trend, CA and Symentec, none of which showed any abnormal activity even set to deep scan, heuristic and scan compressed files, ZIP, TAR, RAR, etc. I-Obit may come out of China, but it does whole lot more a lot better than some $hareware suites that are homegrown Yanee-Doodle Day!
