his is an, MS Authenticode signed package which provides control functions for Touchpads manufactured by Alps (http://www.alps.com/). PROCEXP can be used to ID Authenticode signed drivers. GU should validate against WHDC info before allowing user ratings to skew safety ratings. More information

1. Jedduff's comment is incorrect: it's needed to control settings for any system using the Alps touchpad, not just Dell. This program has a static working set of 1.9Mb; it's companion, Apoint.exe, has a static 5.9Mb working set.
