| I hardly use the web cam to take pictures or take videos. Disabling it will not disable the hardware, you can still use other applications to use the webcam like MSN Messenger and such | |||

| For those who dont use the camera all the time, disable this-not needed. If you want to get it back, Start -> Camera Assistant Software. Built in software for Toshiba cam laptops. Turn off if you dont use cam much. | |||
