This is bug that slows down the system and opens the back door to various more insidious problems.

Conime may have something to do with Kodak?

This is what is said on Microsoft about conime: "comime.exe" is Microsoft Console IME (Input Method Editor). It executes whenever a command prompt is opened. So contrary to what some say it is NOT a malicious bug! and can be safely deleted from CCleaner.

My computer was lagging so I suspected it might be that I disabled conime. I enabled it in Glary but still lagging. Went back to task manager and enabled it. Things are now running faster, but not great. It took me forever to fully get rid of it on my other computers because it would automatically enable and put itself back in the registry. I don't know if it has to do with my Kodak software, but it did appear some time after installing Kodak. What bugs me about this is that none of the top security companies have any useful information as too it being VIRUS or Malware. And everyone on the web has a different explanation as too what it is.

I think, it`s Kodak-Software. If you are using your Kodak-device only once or twice a week, it should be safe to remove it.
