The DSLagent.exe process is a file installed along side broadband modems from Eicon networks. It is provided by ISP (Internet Service Provider) and is used to keep ADSL connection perminently active.

The DSLagent.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system. But it is required by the third party software to function properly. It has no visible window. You should not remove it from the startup list. Otherwise, it will cause troubles to the ADSL connection.
