| it depends, i prefer to run it during startup, only reason i keep it enabled is because if i disable it for some reason my bluetooth stops functioning, but surely isnt something u have to run it during startup, personally i feel windows 7 Power management is far better than this good for nothing useless piece of s**t | |||
