If you already have an anti-virus program running like Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc. their is really no need to have IOBit load at Start-Up.
You can load it up from your Desktop or Start Menu before you use your browser or email client if you want the real-time protection.
If you really want to load it during start up and slow down your PC you could always use Glary Utilities start-up Manager to delay the boot of IOBit for 120 seconds to improve boot time.
