Check installation location and source. Would you trust a product that installs under \\Program Files\\MSN Messenger, has the name MsnMgr.Exe, but is actually from \"MyWebSearch.com\"? This product (MyWebSearch) has a bad write-up elsewhere. (See my report on mwsoemon.exe)
