nwereboot is a process belonging to Ahead Nero and acts as a temporary file whilst CD writing is in process. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

Appeared in startup list with no name(using msconfig)after installing Nero 7 Essentials.

Have disabled it (on my \'Test\') laptop from startup menu using CCleaner (fantastic free utility from CCleaner.com)will report back in 2 weeks. Advise Darnette NOT to use MsConfig. Use CC. or services.msc (BE CAREFUL!!) instead.
