It's a Daemon. Daemon's are designed to run at all times and restart themselves if they stop for any reason.

after tests ;) NvCplDaemon, NvMcTray and Nwiz is safe to untick these but NvCplDaemon may be use in overclocking if you use other program to do that disable it too
