This is the Network Utility that loads if you have a US Robotics PC Card or Desktop Wireless Card used in conjunction with a 8054 Turbo Router or later. This can be disabled in favor of Microsoft Zero Configuration Service in windows but if you want WEP 256bit then use this as WZC only allows 128bit. I find that the utility works better than WZC but your results may vary.
