Rick Cieraad the Netherlands		Previously was added at the time of AtHome installation to do remote and local analysis of your network and internet connection. Should retrieve user information for helpdesk. Still VERY usefull to find which server is down (e.g. proxy or dns) so you can switch to another if this is within your \'how to\' knowledge and continue surfing. It does NOT need to be resident, just start it up at time of internet connection problems and do the analysis. It is not automaticly installed anymore but still on the installation cd of the newest athome software installation products. 0 0 Report Abuse
