This is a Trojan Horse VIRUS! Do an incomplete shut down and start the computer in Safe Mode. Then delete the folder C:\\Program Files\\NetProject. Then restart the computer and you should be all set. Run your virus scanning program to ensure the program is gone completely. Good luck!
