| Accelerometer driver. Detects sudden movement or impact of your laptop and parks your hard drive(s) when detected to prevent damage from seeker head/disk contact. Only 76 KB in memory. No way would I disable this, as it is protecting your hard drives. I would not delay this, as I want it functioniing as soon as possible upon startup. The exception would be: if you have replaced your original mechanical hard drives with Solid State drives (SSD), this is totally unnecessary, and I would disable or uninstall it. | |||
