| This is an awesome World wide Weather events monitor. If you have this in your start up sequence, then you installed it and have opted in the settings to start it up with windows. It can be loaded from the shortcut at any time you want to run it. It then stays in the quick launch bar until you right click and close it. It is harmless and very awesome program | |||
